Deliveries of items requiring transport and installation are carried out by the nearest store we have designated for you or by our professional installation partner companies. You can initiate your return process by submitting a return request within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to your address. For orders that meet the return conditions, you can submit your return request within 14 days from the delivery date of your products via the "My Orders" section under the "My Account" menu.
