Delivery and Return Conditions
Delivery Information
Orders for textiles, decoration, accessories, and certain bedding products are delivered via our contracted shipping companies. The average shipping time for your orders is 3 business days. During special occasions and holidays, we aim to ship your orders on the first business day. However, delivery times may vary due to weather and road conditions after shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status using the tracking link in the "My Orders" section under the "My Account" menu.
The delivery time for mattress orders varies between 5-24 business days depending on your city and the stock status of the product.
The delivery of items such as bases and headboards, which require transport and installation, may take longer due to production time. You can review the delivery times indicated in the product details for these items. Deliveries of items requiring transport and installation are carried out by the nearest store we have designated for you or by our professional installation partner companies. Before delivery, our store representatives will contact you using your contact information to schedule a delivery and installation appointment. The delivery time varies between 21-30 business days depending on your city and the stock status of the product.
